Brief Job Description & Requirement
- Engineering services design shall includes for various projects i.e. commercial , mixed use , hospitality, residential , high rise & institutional etc.
- Internal plumbing system include water supply , soil, waste & venting, rain water downtakes & disposal systems based on rainfall intensity , basement drainage, subsoil drainage
- External plumbing system include external water supply system design , external sewerage system and design of septic tank design / sewage treatment plants , storm water drainage system & design calculation (on the basis collecting area and interpretation with meteorological data) and rain water harvesting design, external sewerage system and design of septic tank design, surface & subsoil drainage for podium floor.
- Hydraulic design calculation for water supply , sewerage and storm water system through excel sheet. The knowledge of relevant software performing above calculations shall be preferred and given advantages BIM 360 , plumbing software , SprinkCALC etc
- Project study for diffrenet alternatives system along with techno-commerical benefits into project design berief and recommendation among alternatives for the project implementation.
- Sewage treatment system (STP) hydraulic design calculations , layout plan & sections , relevant detail preparation & requirement as per EIA/ MOEF Submissions & preparation of tender documents including BOQ & relevant design calculations as per standards & applicable code
- Water treatment system (WTP) design calculation based on available water analysis report & preparation of tender documents including BOQ & relevant design calculations as per standards & applicable code.
- Hot water system includes solar panel, HWG, Steam boiler and heat pump etc. tender documents including BOQ & relevant design calculations as per standards & applicable code.
- Swimming pool and water feature design, including filteration design, tender documents , BOQ etc & relevant design calculations as per standards & applicable code.
- HSD & Gas supply system design inclduing design calculations , drawings etc as per standards & applicable code.
- Fire Fighting system design including sprinkler , hydrants ( internal & external ) , water curtain , plant rooms and water tanks , fire extinguishers , gas suppression system, signages as per relevant standards and applicable local & international codes.Design and engineering of fire alaram and detection system. FAPA knowledge shall be preferred
- Preparation of design basis report, technical specifications, BOQ, cost estimates , services budget as per respectives project stages, value engineering report, peer review report, site visit report etc.
- Design shall be in compliance with applicable local & international codes and engineering standards / practices ( i.e. NBC/ IPC/ BS / IS Code etc). Sound Knowledge of India Codes and startadards shall be given preference.
- Witnessing of testing , commissioning of plumbing system includeswater & smoke test for drainage pipes. Test includes pipe flushing, plumbing pump hydro, pressure , dry run test , STP, WTP & Swimming pool onsite water test parameters, filter / RO membrane backwash / softener regeneration , fire pump hydro & pressure test,, sprinkler / hydrant pipe hydro & velocity test, extinguisher mock test.
- Co-ordination for MEP services design within team and other consultants to make design & completion of project successful. SPOC & Project Manager for client , consultants, PMC, Government authorities and contractors
- Project & team management, quality check for all deliverables, scheduling as per manhours / budget.
